A decision, not a report
Not a giant report. Not hundreds of green marks. Ready, At risk, or Not ready - for the journeys that make money.

Go-live is still a meeting
Dashboards accumulate. Decisions do not. Founders, VPs, and finance still walk into a war room because artifacts never become a business answer. Pass rate without findings is theater. Findings without artifacts are arguments. Charts without a ship call are status.
DORA-adjacent language helps in the US: change-fail rate and time-to-restore, not a coverage percentage. Escaped defects are the ones customers feel. A recommendation of At risk on localization and Ready on web is a conversation. A dashboard of 10,000 greens is not. The hidden cost of inventing that conversation every Friday is war rooms and credits.
What people get wrong
They ask for more charts. They ask for a 98.4% score. They ask for three packets because they ship three environments. Browser, mobile, and desktop are where the customer already is. One intent, compared as one journey - Android diverged at confirmation - is the artifact. Separate tools to buy, staff, and maintain are how the four-logo story comes back.
What you take into the room
- Collapse journeys and surfaces into a recommendation - not a wall of checkmarks.
- Show evidence on the steps that still matter, including locale as a live market and access as product quality.
- Keep the ship call with humans. The agent investigates and summarizes risk.
- Fit the way you already ship: GitHub, Jira, Slack - a packet, not a new console to live in.
What this is not
It is not hundreds of green marks. It is not a weekly slide. It is not three reports because you ship three environments. An agent that asks for a lane can be in the packet security will sign. An agent that bypasses WAF cannot.
