Stop buying a tool for every quality signal
Functional, visual, access, and locale findings from the same walk. One teammate. Not four logos.

The four-logo trap
Quality vendors sell categories: functional automation, visual regression, accessibility scanning, localization crawling. Procurement gets a matrix. Engineering gets four contracts, four dashboards, and four stories about the same checkout. Leadership still walks into a meeting without a ship decision.
Chat-first is how you start a job: product URL or build, plus intent. It is not chat-only. Behind the conversation is a durable product model - screens, flows, quirks, an app map - and a walk that can file functional, UX, visual, keyboard, and locale findings without opening four vendors. Coding agents already increased output. This is how proof stays one teammate instead of a pile of quality tools.
What people get wrong
They keep Accessibility, Localization, Visual, and API on the nav because that is how the last generation of vendors sold. Those words can appear inside the journey as signals. On the homepage they read as a suite. Investors then price an “AI testing TAM.” The category that compounds is product understanding plus cross-surface journeys plus a ship decision.
Same journey. Different signals.
Point the agent at a candidate. Tell it the path that must not break. While it walks, it can ask more than “did the suite pass?”
- Functional - the discount breaks checkout. The path failed.
- UX - payment succeeds, no confirmation. The user is stranded.
- Visual - the primary CTA is broken on mobile. The screen does not match the intent.
- Accessibility - the form cannot be finished from the keyboard. Part of the audience cannot complete it. See accessibility as product quality.
- Localization - a translated screen is still in English. That market is not actually live.
Cross-surface parity belongs here too. “Android diverged at confirmation” is one finding on one journey - not four separate reports for web, iOS, Android, and desktop. Those are environments. They are not SKUs.
Checkpoints for the buy
- Start from intent and a product, not from a feature grid of a11y / l10n / visual / API tiles.
- Require one walk to carry the signals that used to be separate tools.
- Compare surfaces as one journey: behavior, strings, timing.
- Keep humans at risk: vaulted credentials, approvals, stop-the-run - an agent that asks for a lane.
- Take Ready / At risk / Not ready into the release meeting, not a wall of checkmarks.
What this is not
This is not a request to staff a persona in a sidebar. It is not four agent avatars. Functional, visual, access, and locale work can remain inside the journey. They should not be GTW2, Sayo, and Axco as a catalog. If the homepage still reads as a QA suite, the GTM is diluted - and coding agents will keep widening the proof gap while you buy another scanner.
